This interesting look piece of....gunk?raw meat?sewer muck?.....is actually half a standard London brick. All solid red clay not a straw in it. It was pushed from a party wall by an invasive white climbing wisteria. A branch of this same wisteria climbed all up our house, strangling a drain pipe and blocking a gutter, on its way from the basement to the roof.
